Petite Bungalow
Inner City living makes space a premium. This bungalow received a entrance re-work, a fireplace update and a gorgeous new kitchen.

Take what you love and add it into your home. This Sommelier's passion was used to make their island a one of a kind!
Dream Kitchen Addition
Adding a 4 foot addition to the side of the house allowed us to re-organize the use of space. We added a separate laundry, a walk through butlers pantry and access to the powder room.
Leveling Out
This house had step downs into a sunken living room and dining room which were awkward and were unsafe. We leveled out the main floor to allow for a larger kitchen and re-organized the rooms so now all the rooms have a true purpose.
Capilano
Capillano: This house was a renovation "flip" by the MAXgreen Trade Group, with an opportunity to showcase our work and together to update this 1960's home.

When reorganizing your floorplan and taking over unused areas creates the kitchen of your dreams, living with your in-laws while pregnant all worth while.
Blue Beauty
When you love blue why not accent with it?! These perimeter kitchen cabinets were painted and new pullout features added. The removal of a corner kitchen pantry to create a beverage center with hidden fridge and all. Oh and don't forget the laundry room fun! We reorganized and added playful and fun blue cabinets and a fantastic new floor!

When you move out to the country and have amazing views outside changing to interior to have touches of farmhouse elegance is a must. This acreage beauty features a walnut wood countertop on the island and walnut wood hood to make you swoon.
